When dealing with a genius, I believe there is always a method to what some incorrectly perceive as madness.

President Trump is a stable genius.

I believe there is a method to his “madness.”

Over the years of my 4+++ decades of being a trial lawyer, I had the privilege of working with some very smart and talented young lawyers, including my former colleagues, Nicole Wade, Jonathan Grunberg, and Taylor Wilson.

Many times, the younger lawyers did not understand what I was doing in terms of my legal strategy or why I was doing it!!!

They questioned me.

I usually responded: “There is a method to my madness.”

There was.

ALL of our wisdom, knowledge, and discernment comes from God.

Jesus Christ is God.

That TRUTH has been made clear to me since I was reborn of the spirit in August of 2018 and surrendered my life to Him.

I do NOT now, nor have I ever, considered myself to be “a genius.”

I do KNOW that I have always been a man who genuinely loved those around me and a man with a forgiving heart and spirit.

Does that make me special???

NO.

I am a sinner who has often over the course of my life asked others to forgive me for my mistakes and wrongdoing.

I never hesitated to say, “My bad,” when things did not go as I thought they would.

I did so as a husband to 4 wives, a parent, a friend, a lawyer, and as a little league baseball coach, a high school baseball coach, and the manager of a men’s senior baseball team from age 40 to age 55.

I made many mistakes.

I owned up to them.

For that honesty, I give ALL the praise and glory to God.

It has NEVER been about me. It has ALWAYS been about Him.

Jesus Christ is God.

Almost all of my life, I loved playing baseball.

I did so for the love of the game.

I feel differently about baseball in recent years than I did in my younger days.

I have felt differently about baseball since I learned that too many play the game for the love of money.

Not for the love of the game.

Who am I to judge another person???

I do not know every thought in their minds or every feeling in their hearts. I do not know the details of their entire lives in earth.

Only God knows ALL of these things.

I only know a person by what I see of his or her fruits and the spirit of their fruits.

Even then I could be wrong as I am only human.

So I pray for discernment.
